I have been a little neglectful of the blog. We have been really busy with me starting back to work and the 4th of July weekend. I thought I better get something up because people were starting to get on my case! :)
We had a great 4th of July. We started off the week with a visit from the Ruehmers. Katie made us a wonderful scrapbook of Clayton's adventures so far! It is awesome. Then we left on Thursday night to go to Nana and Grandpas in Galesburg. Clayton was so excited to go on his first big trip. Aunt Anna and Uncle David got Clayton his first ISU outfit. They felt bad for Justin because Clayton is already so U of I brainwashed! We were able to spend the 4th with Marissa and Jeremy before they leave for Germany. I told them I thought Nana was going to buy Justin and I airplane tickets to go visit so her and grandpa can babysit Clayton! The rest of the weekend was spent with family. We had a nice afternoon with my grandparents, aunt, uncle, cousins, Aunt Anna and Uncle David on Saturday. Then our road trip continued on Sunday when we went to Grandma and Grandpa B's for a BBQ. Clayton got to meet some of his great-grandparents for the first time. It was a wonderful weekend, but it is nice to be home and relax a little. I am so looking forward to tomorrow and Thursday since I will be home with Clayton. We have all kinds of plans to read, play and clean!!!! Hope everyone has a great week!

I think I finally might have figured out how to leave a comment and have it actually reach you (I am very computer illiterate)!! Anyway, I have been watching Clayton grow on your blog! He looks awesome!! You are such a cute family. You look like you are enjoying parenthood, and it suites you two well! I'm sorry Sarah had to start back to work already! Thanks for the comment! Yes, isn't the registry pathetic? Jeff and I went to Babies R Us to order the crib and dressers and thats about all we knew what to register for! I am going back soon with a friend that has 2 boys and a 3rd one on the way, so she is going to help me with all of the "essentials". Any suggestions you have of favorite things or what we absolutely need would be greatly appreciated!!
Clayton is getting so big! I hope everything went okay with going back to work.
