My mother-in-law got me a subscription to Taste of Home's magazine called Simple and Delicious. We have been trying out recipes and I wanted to share this super easy and yummy summer dish.
1 can frozen margarita mix (thawed)
3 Tbsp. lime juice
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 chicken breasts
Mix margarita mix, garlic and lime juice. Pour 1 cup (doesn't have to be exact) into a plastic bag and put the chicken in. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
Drain and discard marinade in the bag right before grilling. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Grill chicken. Baste frequently with reserved marinade.
